And guess what? You can be on it. Well, your question / thoughts can. Simply send us your question using the form below the show player, and I’ll do my best to answer it in the next show. The show is produced live every Friday at 12:30p.m (Midday)

**Update**. We finished the first show today and it was generally well received. You can watch it all again (or for the first time at: http://www.ustream.tv/rss/videos/bgmtvshow). I will be adding a poll this week to see which time is most preferred by listeners
